Caffeine-Free • 38 Cups • Yields Two Steeps

What This Blend Supports

Healthy Inflammatory Response

Turmeric and ginger are traditionally valued for supporting the body’s normal inflammatory processes and overall physical comfort.

Everyday Stress and Relaxation Support

A warming, caffeine-free ritual designed to help you pause, soften and create a moment of ease during demanding days.

Immune and Antioxidant Wellness

Turmeric, ginger, lemon and cinnamon complement your body’s natural defenses as part of a consistent wellness rhythm.

This Is the Tea For

  • The day your body still feels "on" long after it is over
  • The tension that has settled into your shoulders, your neck, your jaw
  • The midday pause when you need permission to stop pushing
  • Cold weather, when your body wants something warming and grounding
  • Your evening wind-down, as you shift out of go-mode
  • A chilled, blended version stirred into a smoothie for a refreshing start to your day

This is more than something delicious in a cup. It is five minutes to unclench your shoulders and remember you are allowed to rest.

FLAVOR NOTES

Warming and earthy with gentle spice, slight lemon notes and a smooth, subtly sweet cinnamon finish.

The turmeric is noticeable, but ginger balances it beautifully.

Add a little honey for an even smoother, cozier cup.

Customers have described it best:

“It tastes like healing.”

“It tastes like soul.”

INGREDIENTS

SAFETY & FAQS

When is the best time to enjoy it?

Release & Relieve can be enjoyed morning, midday or evening. Sip it hot, serve it chilled or use it as a smoothie base.

Do I need to sweeten it?

No. Many customers enjoy it without sweetener. Dr. Michelle likes to add a little honey.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Use a disposable tea bag, reusable infuser or tea strainer.

Can I drink this with medication or a medical condition?

Herbs can interact with medications and may not be appropriate for everyone. If pregnant, breastfeeding, living with a medical condition or taking medication, seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner before using this product.

Herbal wellness is intended to complement—not replace—personalized medical care.

Why I Created Release & Relieve

Release & Relieve began after a major car accident left my body painfully tense and out of alignment.

Guided by Spirit, I began preparing a fresh blend of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and lemon as part of my personal wellness ritual alongside medical care. When preparing and carrying fresh juice was no longer practical, I recreated that ritual in dried herbal form.

Today, it is still the blend I reach for when my body feels as though it has been carrying too much, when the weather turns cold or when I need a warming moment to pause and exhale.

Release & Relieve was never intended to be just another turmeric tea. It is a relaxing escape of wellness in every cup.
