It's that time of the year. We are preparing to move from one season to the next. Even if the weather has not changed yet, the days of spending time by the poo, going to the beach, and family vacations have drawn to a close with the children returning to school.It is definitely a time of transition.
Let me be transparent, exactly two weeks ago my home life dramatically changed! It was very unexpected and I felt like I was blind-sided. My stress level  went through the roof and I was overwhelmed by waves of varying emotions.  It was enough to knock me off track and ask myself "What now? What is next for me? now? How do I move forward in my life's purpose with grace, ease, and stress-free?"
